Sun Properties and Resort Hotel ★★★

This is an absolutely wonderful place, when we return to Beau Vallon we will only stay here. Large, clean, beautiful rooms equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Comfortable bed (the direction of the air flow in the air conditioner can be adjusted, if that makes anyone uncomfortable), spacious balcony overlooking the pool and the lovely flowering garden. The kitchenette is also equipped with everything you need: gas stove with 2 burners, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, necessary utensils for cooking, wine glasses and so on. Plates and cups are not in abundance, but at check-in charming Clara immediately said that if something will be missing, you just need to say - and will bring additional dishes. My husband and I had more than enough dishes for two people. Cleaning is daily and very high quality. Spacious pool, comfortable sun beds, plenty of space on the pool. Since we were in January and it is low season, there were few guests - and almost all the time it felt like we were alone in a beautiful villa with a wonderful garden, where all day long singing different beautiful birds. They wrote a lot about breakfasts - yes, it is not buffet on system all inclusive, as in five-star hotels in Turkey my Egypt, but breakfast is absolutely tasty and enough to eat enough for half a day. Eggs are served just-cooked, according to preferences, backon on request (I do not eat pork, but my husband noted that tasty), white toasted bread (there is a toaster), a plate of fresh fruit each, pancakes or muffins or other bakery, good coffee, good juice in assortment (of good quality - in neighborhood stores it is the most expensive kind of juice in tetrapaks), milk, corn flakes, chocolate balls. The dining area itself is very nice. You can see that the whole area of the hotel is very carefully looked after by the owners. The location is also very good. 3 min.

Nothing

The location is superb, just a short walk to the beach but far enough away to experience peace and quiet. We were well looked after by Tracey and the team, the housekeeping came daily and rooms were spotless. Pool is cleaned daily and goes from 1.5m to 2.5m and is a decent size, never overcrowded. The breakfasts were the same each day but there is a variety so you don't have to have the same thing. There was eggs (fried, scrambled, omelette) bacon, toast, pancakes, cereal, a variety of cakes, coffee, tea.and more. The gardens are well maintained and a variety of very pretty flowers. Superb views of the surrounding terrain and an overall lovely gem of a place. The kitchen utensils could be a bit more expanded on ie knife block but otherwise enough for us, we just borrowed what we needed. There is a 2 ring hob, fridge and microwave. The air con facing the bed was very welcome, efficient and kept us all super cool, we'd come from 9° in the UK to seychelles heat so we were able to cool the whole apt down perfectly. The bathroom is big with a very nice shower. Furniture was rustic but didn't look tired, we were happy. Security was there at night so we felt safe though the island as a whole is pretty safe. We would definitely book again if we visited seychelles as for us as a family it was perfect, so close to beau vallon beach and a short car journey to Victoria, lovely and clean with a very nice pool.

Everything was great, the rooms are spacious and clean, with a kitchenette and a refrigerator. The staff was great and friendly. The location of the hotel is very good, the beach, shops and restaurants are 200m away. The pool was great.

Breakfast was modest. They only serve eggs (fried or scrambled) and bread with cheese. The coffee is bad. A hotel of this price level and quality could have a decent coffee machine and offer good coffee.

The superior room is large by any standard with a big balcony with good view of the mountain. The breakfast is good, the same every day. The location is 2 to 5 min walking from the nice beach Beau Vallon where swimming is allowed. There are plenty of restaurants around the location. The lady in reception is nice and helpful.

There was a noise in the mornings from the water pump i guess, perhaps water stops when it rains and then comes back in full power :)

We come to this wonderful hotel for the third time, and everything is good as always. I think there is no need to re-describe how comfortable the beds are or how delicious the breakfast is; the most important thing here is the atmosphere of calm and privacy. At the same time, you are in the very center of Beau Vallon, the beach and shops are a 5-minute walk away. Thanks again to the owners and staff of the hotel for a nice stay!

Unfortunately, there is one thing that really bothers - Wi-Fi. It's very, very unstable. It's probably enough for messaging, but if you want to watch YouTube or do some work, you're better off buying a SIM card. As I already said, this is my third time coming here, and nothing has changed in this regard (and it’s the same story in different rooms). A HUGE REQUEST TO THE HOTEL OWNERS - finally buy a normal router and choose a suitable tariff plan :)

Kathleen and Tony were very attentive hosts who genuinely cared about our comfort and needs. The unit was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. There is a small grocery shop and alcohol outlet across the road so very convenient. Highly recommend this property.

Nice breakfast, continental with fresh cooked eggs as an option. Bacon available. Location excellent less than 5 minutes from beach. Car hire was easy through the hotel and car was in good condition.
